ServicerConnect offers you a direct link to investor reporting for Structured Product Portfolios and allows you to input data, upload files, and work interactively with those files to correct data exceptions in real time.
New Multi-Factor Authentication Update
Starting on June 25th, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required for all users of CTSLink®, CTSLink® Direct, and ServicerConnect; the first time you log in after this date, you will be prompted to set up an MFA method to enhance the security of your account and protect your information—please be prepared to complete this quick setup, and visit the Help section under “What’s New” if you need assistance.
MPF Program - Changes to Receiving the Master Servicer Turnaround Report (TAR)
Effective Date: Immediately
New Process: All TARs will now be uploaded to ServicerConnect and can be accessed under the new “TAR Reports” tab. This enhancement centralizes the reports and allows you to download them directly from ServicerConnect.
Important Notes:
Only registered users will have access to these reports.
You will receive an email notification when TAR reports are available. The email includes a link to the ServicerConnect portal (the same site used for loan-level monthly reporting).
Attention MPF Xtra Product PFIs/Servicers
Fannie Mae has postponed the implementation of the expanded LAR 96 format until further notice. Additionally, MPF has posted an Investor Reporting Changes FAQ document for your reference.
